Major stress and anxiety are often caused by things in our lives that we have no control over. As I write this article our beautiful province of British Columbia has declared a State of Emergency with Travel Restrictions to this area. The forest fires around us are many, intense, and fast moving. Many people have been put on evacuation alert and many have been ordered to leave their homes. I can’t see the future but I hope and pray that when this publication comes out this disaster is over.
